BEGINNERS CLASS
Class suitable for people with little or no experience.
Class entails stretching, simple drills and partnered pad work to help with Muay Thai technique.
This is a non-contact class.
K1 KICKBOXING
Class is suitable for intermediate to advanced students.
K1 class focuses more on boxing combinations, low kicks spinning kicks and knees.
This is a contact class and requires a gumshield.
SPARRING
Class is suitable for intermediate to advance students.
If you have experience in Muay Thai or K1 Kickboxing and you are deemed ready then you can attend.
This class is a full-contact class and it is essential you have the correct protective wear including 14-16oz gloves, shin guards and gum shield.
MUAY THAI FITNESS
Class is suitable for all levels.
This is high intensity training and can guarantee to get you fit. It involves body weight exercises as well as partnered pad work.
This is a non-contact class.
MUAY THAI
Class is suitable for intermediate to advance students.
Emphasis is on kicks elbows and clinch work.
This is a contact class and requires a gum shield.
BEGINNERS MMA
This is a class suitable for those with little or no experience of MMA.
Focussing on basic take-downs, submissions and MMA Drills.
